The Eco Bio Enzyme Waste consortium of bacteria produces key extracellular enzymes, including amylase, cellulase, lipase and protease. Drain lines, grease traps, septic systems and surfaces are nutrient rich systems for bacteria. Although many bacteria can utilize above mentioned organics as food sources, it is the bacteria with the most rapid production of these key enzymes that provide the most dramatic effects .

DOSE RATES (Follow dilution rate)
Eco Bio Enzyme Waste can be diluted to the following ratio 1:9 (one part Eco Bio Enzyme Waste and 9 parts water) but must be used on the day and any remaining liquid should be discarded
AGRICULTURE WASTE – reduction of high solids/crusting of waste: liquefaction and cleaning
(i.e. cowsheds, piggeries, poultry farms etc.)
SEWAGE PLANTS - general aid to processing.

How does Eco Bio Enzyme Waste Liquid out-perform these pathogens?
In contrast to the 5mins kill time as per the SABS standard being the quickest time a sanitizer (QAC- based) is supposed to kill the most common hygiene microorganisms, S. aureus, E. coli and P. aeruginosa. From a hygiene point of view, you need to sanitize and continue working, whether it’s cooking, manufacturing or sanitizing toilets or urinals or cleaning hard surfaces etc. nowadays, sanitizer manufactures are heading towards 1-minute kill time, i.e. The quicker the sanitizer kills bugs, the sooner you’ll start with your work – however this is not always required by any authorities.
However, with Bacillus-containing sanitizers, it’s different as these are live bacteria that need to compete with other microorganisms for food sources hence the longer contact times required. The pattern that bacillus uses (as seen in the study) to kill or out compete the others showed to be due to its morphological structure. That is, where it grows, other microorganisms will move away from that site of the food source. Since it has a larger morphological structure than other orgs (competing against) it ‘sort of’ creates a zone of inhibition of growth of other microorganisms (morphological inhibition) hence, we get fewer numbers of other microorganisms surviving but more bacillus.
For this to be most effective It is always important to know the cfu value of any biological product that has been diluted –or is in its concentrated form - this is to know if the product you have diluted has sufficient active ingredient to fulfil the desired application:

The cfu count on the diluted product is calculated on a mass balance as follows:- Let a = volume of PIERRE @ D BIO ENZYME Conc 10 X FF & let a = 1 gallon
Let b = volume of water = 9 gallons Let c = volume of Eco Bio Enzyme Waste
Then a + b = c
& c = 10 gallons
Doing a mass balance on the spore count:- There are 2 x 1012 cfu in 1 gallon Eco Bio Enzyme Waste 10 XFF
& count of spores in c = unknown = z Then 2 x 1012a + 0b = zc
Then [(2 x 1012 x 1)/10] = [(z x 10)/10]
